Keeping your eyes healthy is one of the most important things you can do, especially if you're an older person. I work on computers all day, which makes my poor vision worse. Although I currently wear reading glasses to help me see, my eyes still feel fatigued by the end of the day. I also get blinding headaches. I spoke to my eye doctor about my problems, and they suggested that I get my eyes checked regularly. It's a hassle sometimes, but well worth the effort.
